As Chief Operating Officer of a boutique commercial bank, Marlon guided numerous family-owned businesses, non-profit entities and local government agencies through various stages of the organizational life cycle. As Treasurer of a multinational manufacturing company, he helped a family-owned business grow into the dominant global player in its industry, with plants in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Marlon is also an experienced lecturer, with more than 10 years of experience teaching advanced corporate finance and personal finance classes in both academic and corporate settings. With this unique background and 25 years of experience in managerial accounting, corporate finance and banking, Marlon is able to guide you through the key moments that will define your organization.
