Marlon has advised privately-held companies for more than 20 years. As Chief Operating Officer of a commercial bank, he guided numerous family-owned businesses through various stages of the business life cycle. As Treasurer of a manufacturing company, he helped a family-owned business grow into the dominant global player in its industry, with plants in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Marlon is also an experienced educator, with more than 10 years of experience teaching advanced corporate finance and personal finance classes in both academic and corporate settings. With this unique background, Marlon is able to guide you through the key moments that will define your business.
