Marlon has advised privately-held companies for more than 20 years, after starting his career in accounting and financial analysis with a publicly-traded energy company. As Chief Operating Officer of a commercial bank, he advised numerous family-owned businesses and self-employed professionals. As Treasurer of a manufacturing company, Marlon helped a family-owned business grow into the dominant global player in its industry, with plants in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. With this unique combination of experience, Marlon is able to guide you through any stage of the business life cycle.
